As President, John conducts the retail development program for MAB American’s Southeast footprint. Previously he developed several million sq. ft. of shopping centers as a Vice-President with Aronov Realty Company in Montgomery, Alabama. He has also held positions as Economic Development Coordinator for the City of Lakeland, Florida and County Planner for Polk County, Florida.

As a founding partner of MAB American, Cary drives the strategic direction of the Company and manages the business on a daily basis.

In addition to managing the day-to-day operations, Cary sources, Structures and manages relationships and transactions with lenders and capital partners.

Throughout a career that spans 35 years, Cary has acquired, financed and developed in excess of $2 billion of commercial real estate including retail, office and resort hotel properties.

Cary is a graduate of the University of Illinois and received his MBA from Northwestern University’s J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management.

Prior to joining MAB in August 2018, Pat spent over 15 years in commercial real estate with a number of financial institutions, including Wells Fargo and Citizens Bank. Over that time period, he gained experience in a number of CRE-focused disciplines, including project finance, business development, underwriting, and real estate asset management. Pat has held positions as either a lender or real estate asset manager in most of the geographic regions in the US.

In his current role with MAB, Pat plays an active role in multiple facets of the business, including development, finance, and operations. Pat is a graduate of Southern Illinois University and received his MBA from the University of Illinois.

Nicholas Gray has over 40 years' experience in the property industry, the last 36 of which have been in property investment and funds management. He is responsible for the overall management of the Scheme's operations. Nicholas has wide experience in the UK from 1976 to 1985 and in Australia since 1985. He was Head of Property at Norwich Union and Norwich Investment Management Ltd from 1987 to 1998 and during 1996-1997 was also General Manager - Funds Management of GRW Property Ltd, a company controlled by Norwich. In 1998 Nicholas was appointed Fund Manager of the Colonial First State Property Trust. Nicholas joined MAB Corporation in 2001 to establish its property funds management operation.

David brings over 35 years of property valuation, consulting and investment expertise to his affiliation with MAB which began in 2006 with MAB Rosenthal, LLC, a joint venture providing advisory and management services for MAB International Retail Trust (MIRT).

As a partner and member of the Investment Committee of MAB American, David provides advisory oversight for the company’s development of grocery anchored shopping centers throughout the southeastern US. David received his MBA in finance and accounting from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
